I grew up in Arkansas, moved to Colorado at 36 for the adventure, and never looked back. I came with my husband of now 27 years, three kids, and a deep curiosity about what this state had to offer. What I found was a community that matched my energy — open, adventurous, and genuinely welcoming of everyone. I've hiked to mountain lakes I never knew existed, found trails that still take my breath away, and built a life here that feels entirely like mine.​ 

My real estate career started long before I came back to it. I co-owned and operated Top Properties LLC, a residential property management company I helped grow from 75 units to over 300 — scaling it into a multi-million dollar business with a full team before we sold it. That experience gave me something most agents simply don't have: I've been the owner, the operator, the investor, and the one responsible for hundreds of transactions, maintenance decisions, and client relationships over many years. I know what makes a property valuable, what makes it risky, and what makes it a home.​ 

I took a few years away from real estate while my family settled into its next chapter. My two oldest have graduated and are out in the world doing their thing. With a teenager still at home and the timing finally right, I came back to real estate because I genuinely love it — not because I had to, but because I wanted to. There's a difference, and I think clients feel it.​ 

I'm analytical by nature — I love a good spreadsheet and I make decisions with data. But I'm also a connector. I believe every person who walks through a door deserves honest guidance, full transparency, and someone genuinely in their corner.
